Today we are told that we must act globally, but think locally. At the Celtic Herbalist, I am practicing ecological conservation by using the plants on our doorstep instead of, for example, stripping the Ginseng from the mountains of Asia. I am also practicing ethnic conservation by preventing this knowledge from being lost to Mankind.
